The receptionist and administrative assistant handles the FIG Reception, brings support on administrative tasks and assists on ad-hoc basis for the Business Travel Arrangements



Scope of the Position and Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, task-oriented individual with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and to work independently as well as in a team-environment.

This is a full-time position within an international sports federation.

Key Responsibilities

Receptionist

  • Manage the FIG Office Reception (phones, visitors, deliveries…)
  • In charge of the “FIG Office info mailbox”

Administrative Assistant

  • Handle and manage the FIG Databases (contact, directory, bulletin…)
  • Handle the apparatus certificates (new or renewal) process
  • Bring support to check listing and distribution lists
  • Bring support to the team and/or on specific projects
  • Support on ad-hoc basis and back-up in Travel management
  • Back-up in Facility management

General Management and Performance Guidelines

  • Ensure that deadlines for work are duly and efficiently met
  • Conscientiously fulfil his/her duties
  • Put forward appropriate measures in order to improve and simplify the work
  • Submit to his/her superiors any issue beyond his/her authority

Experience and Skills Required

  • 3+ Experience in reception
  • 3+ Experience in administrative and logistics tasks
  • 3+ Experience in business travel management
  • Solid knowledge in the use of MS Office

Required languages

  • Working proficiency of English and French; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Additional requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and proactive work approach with a strong ability to work autonomously
  • A reliable team player with a can-do-attitude and determination to deliver quality work
  • Computer and digital literacy
  • Swiss nationality or holding a valid Swiss work permit

The International Gymnastics Federation is the governing body for Gymnastics worldwide. It is the oldest established international federation of an Olympic sport and has participated in the Olympic Games since their revival in 1896. The accountant contributes to the FIG’s Finance Department service offer for both external and internal partners.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, task-oriented individual with strong accounting knowledge and organisational skills, focused work approach, with the ability to multi-task and to work independently as well as in a team-environment.

This is a part-time position within an international sports federation.

Title / Function:                Junior Accountant

Reports to:                         Finance Director

Location:                            Lausanne, Switzerland

Position:                             Part-time (80%), permanent

Salary:                                Competitive

Start Date:                         As soon as possible

The Accountant must fulfil the following requirements and be able to demonstrate

  • Good accounting skills and knowledge
  • Proactive behaviour and can-do-attitude
  • Demonstrate interest for and knowledge of Sports in general

 

2. Key Responsibilities

The Accountant is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities as below:

  • Expenses / Reimbursements (except flights)
  • Per Diem (Sports Events + Judges’-Courses)
  • Invoicing (Receivables) - except TV-Rights / Footage
  • Bank Transactions Capture on Operational Current Accounts
  • National Federation-Service (response + follow-up)
  • Collections by Credit Card
  • Closing tasks as per checklist
  • Petty Cash
  • SAGE- Addresses update
  • Ad hoc Analysis’/Tasks

 

3. General Management and Performance Guidelines

4. Experience and Skills Required

  • Degree in accounting
  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting practice and financial software
  • Solid knowledge of the use of MS Office Tools
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or related discipline

Required languages

  • Independent level in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in French (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus

We are currently seeking an individual for the position of a full-time Womens’ Artistic Gymnastics National Team Head Coach.

We are looking for passionate candidates willing to coach young Jordanian athletes and create/coach our competitive national womans’ artistic gymnastics team.

Candidates will also work closely with our technical committee in the developmental program and in identifying prospective talents to assist in creating a solid base of young artistic gymnastics athletes. He or she will supervise junior coaches in a positive WAG team setting.

Candidates can communicate with the athletes in English or Arabic Language.

Candidates should show competency through their experience and results, to be mentioned in their CVs.

Denmark - Elite coach MAG or WAG

You will be employed as an Elite Coach within Gefion Gymnastics Elite section led by Gefion’s Board’s sports director



Organization

You will be employed as an Elite Coach within Gefion Gymnastics Elite section led by Gefion’s Board’s sports director, where you will be working in close collaboration with the other Talent and Elite team coaches (MAG and WAG).

You will refer directly to the Gefion Gymnastics’ Head coach Marian Rizan.

The job

The coaching position is a full-time position (30-37 hours a week). In addition, you will be expected to join the athletes when they participate in competitions, camps and othergymnastic activities.

You will act as assistant coach for Head Coach Marian Rizan and the WAG/MAG Elite Team, and you will be responsible for Gefion Gymnastics’ WAG or MAG Talent Team (upto 16 years old).
